Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the products remain unopened and unused. Or you can cancel your order providing it has not yet been shipped.

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete and submit the form below. Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal request and with return instructions. Once you have requested a withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the products.

 

Please note that certain items are not eligible for withdrawal. This includes gift cards and shipping costs, as these are considered fulfilled immediately upon placing the order.
